In the Sello shopping centre, the renovation site's cover was transformed into a visual Magic Garden. In Sello, extensive renovation work on two floors began in the fall of 2025. Sello did not want to cover the site with a traditional commercial space cover, but to transform it into a visually interesting and comfortable part of the shopping center's everyday life. The goal was to create a work of art that arouses curiosity and remains in the memory.
Lataamo Creative designed a 950 m² complex that transformed the commercial space cover into a fairy-tale botanical garden. Arched “windows” open up to lush greenery, where exotic plants, animals and surprises are hidden. Each viewing reveals new details and insights.
The work comes to life with the help of augmented reality: AR implementation makes birds fly around the viewer. Sello's Magic Garden did not just cover the renovation – it turned it into an experience that is part of the shopping centre experience.
