Barona Day brings together all Barona employees – or baroneans – every year. Lataamo Creative has been involved in implementing the event since 2023. The collaboration began when Barona's internal strategy work needed a clear communication framework and an event-based theme that would give a clear direction to the change.
Lataamo Creative created the Together we are one theme, which perfectly described Barona's current stage. The theme became a permanent part of Barona's internal communications, and the idea of One Barona still runs at the core of Barona's communications.
Barona Day brings together employees from all over Europe to share, hear and celebrate together. This is one of the most anticipated days of the year, the most important days, which builds the employee experience in the desired direction.
