Barona Day brings together all Barona employees – or baroneans – every year. Lataamo Creative has been involved in implementing the event since 2023. The collaboration began when Barona's internal strategy work needed a clear communication framework and an event-based theme that would give a clear direction to the change.

Lataamo Creative created the Together we are one theme, which perfectly depicted Barona's phase. The theme became a permanent part of Barona's internal communications, and the idea of ​​One Barona still runs at the core of Barona's communications.
