Social sustainability is a prerequisite for everything. The events themselves are also an excellent way to promote social responsibility themes such as community, work well-being or, for example, charity. Lataamo Creative takes social sustainability and responsibility aspects into account in everything we do.

Both in Lataamo's everyday life and in events for our customers, things to pay attention to in terms of social responsibility are, for example:

• Addressing diversity, equity and inclusion
• The accessibility and accessibility of events and the development of related solutions and communication (for example, taking into account mobility restrictions and sight/hearing restrictions, as well as language requirements)
• The principles of a safe space, etc. minimization and guidance of situations related to discrimination or harassment
• Responsibility in subcontracting chains and purchases: for example, the origin of materials and manufacturing chains
• Management of risks related to social responsibility
