For us at Lataamo Creative, responsibility means that we take into account people, the environment and social obligations in our operations. We do not only act in accordance with the law, but responsibility is part of our everyday work, which we are constantly developing. Responsibility also plays an important role in cooperation with our partners and subcontractors.

Responsibility always starts at the planning table, where we take a stand on the ecological, social and administrative responsibility of our events with our choices. We offer the customer options that create added value for the customer and ensure that the customer’s responsibility goals are met and reported in the most effortless and effective way possible.

Lataamo Creative is also part of the international 27Names network, through which we can widely influence the development of responsibility in the event industry and bring best practices to our customers in Finland.

We meet the requirements for environmentally responsible operations with an internationally recognized certificate and monitor our responsibility work with the environmental system Ecokompass. 

Our responsible work is guided by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standard for international sustainability reporting and the ten principles of the UN Global Compact.

01 ECOLOGICAL RESPONSIBILITY

To reduce our carbon footprint, we prioritize reusable solutions and, whenever possible, work with local suppliers. Together with our partners, we plan the lifecycle of our procurements from pre-production to post-production based on circular economy principles, and we recycle everything that we cannot reuse.
