EXPERIENTIAL HOTEL CONCEPT

For one day, Solita Hotel transformed Solo Sokos Hotel Torni Tampere into a communal, experiential and appreciative hotel concept for 1 300 Solita employees. The implementation received national media attention even before the event and sparked discussion about, among other things, the significance of personnel events. AI and data company Solita wanted to bring the strategy and training events previously organized by units together under one roof - in a way that strengthens community and leaves a lasting impression.

Lataamo Creative created a concept for Solita, in which Solo Sokos Hotel Torni offered the facilities and setting for both the agenda and entertainment, as its name suggests, fully branded for Solita. During the evening, the Solita stars, i.e. Solita DJs, bands, a choir and aerial acrobats, performed at Solita Hotel on three different stages, with additional performances of  Finnish top artists.

The opportunity to participate in a stair marathon, a run or dance exercises also got your heart pumping. Personalized details such as branded hotel room keys, door signs and gifts distributed to rooms added to the event's significance. Luggage delivery directly to hotel rooms, the opportunity to follow the event's program live from your own hotel room and "hidden" suites in the hotel added to the experiential nature of participation.
